State Constable Foster Township was elected to provide lawful peacekeeping and judicial enforcement services rooted in Pennsylvania law. Constables are independent peace officers of the Commonwealth, mandated to uphold the law, execute court orders, and maintain public order.
With a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and legal compliance, our mission is to serve the courts and the public with integrity—ensuring every action taken is justified, lawful, and measured.


Authority Under Pennsylvania Law
As a Pennsylvania State Constable, we are granted the authority to:

Act as peace officers of the Commonwealth
