Upholding the Peace. Enforcing the Law. Serving Pennsylvania. Statewide Jurisdiction.
A Commitment to Law, Order, and Public Safety
State Constable Foster Township provides lawfully authorized peacekeeping and judicial services throughout Pennsylvania. As sworn peace officers under Pennsylvania law, we are empowered to preserve order, enforce court mandates, and protect the public—always with professionalism, restraint, and safety as our top priorities.
We serve municipalities, courts, attorneys, businesses, and private individuals who require law enforcement authority, not private security.
This is peacekeeping—grounded in law, backed by the Commonwealth, and executed with integrity.

Sworn Pennsylvania State Constable — Lawfully Authorized Peacekeeping and Judicial Enforcement Services

Our Primary Focus: Peacekeeping
Peacekeeping is the foundation of our work. Unlike private security, constables are elected and appointed officers of the court, authorized by Pennsylvania statute to:
Maintain public order
Prevent breaches of the peace
Execute lawful arrests
Enforce judicial orders
Constables are independent peace officers who may be paid for their PRESENCE, and whose authority exists regardless of who is paying AND activates when the law independently requires it. Our presence deters conflict, de-escalates volatile situations, and ensures lawful compliance—without overreach.
